Finosoft® and UltraSoft® printed labels offer a quality and softness superior to any other satin printed label, with a glossy appearance. The yarn used in the construction of Finosoft® and UltraSoft® ribbons is 100% polyester. This quality is also available in our Green World™ line of sustainable products in 100% recycled polyester. They are ideal for printing lettering greater than 4 points with a good resolution. We recommended this printed labels quality for logos and designs with a certain level of detail. The length of the printed labels depends on the type of cut and folded chosen. Finosoft® and UltraSoft® printed labels are tear resistant; in addition, they withstand industrial washing, dyeing and washing processes.
Our Polyester printed labels on 100% polyester fiber tape are high tear strength. Their appearance can be flat or herringbone, offering a soft label but good body. We recommended this printed label quality for designs with good color saturation, medium texts and without fine details. We offer two presentations of the polyester tape; you can choose the polyester taffeta tape, with a flat weave and white color. We also have the herringbone weave polyester tape which is off-white color. Polyester printed labels withstand industrial washing, are long lasting and resistant to further processing. Also available in 100% recycled polyester tapes in our Green World™ product offering.
Our poly-cotton printed labels are made with a special tape constructed of a combination of natural and synthetic fibers. Generally, they are of color bone, imitating the appearance of the 100% cotton tapes. The Poly-cotton printed labels are characterized by being soft to the touch and at the same time resistant. We recommended this printed label quality for designs with good color saturation, medium texts and without fine details. The Poly-cotton printed labels are of high durability and resistant to stitching, industrial washes, as well as dyeing processes.
Our Cotton printed labels are made of 100% natural cotton fiber. The natural cotton labels are bone-colored but can be bleached or dyed at the customer’s request. Tyvek printed labels are made of a synthetic material with high tear strength. The printed labels on Tyvek® are very soft and smooth due to their waxed finish, waterproofing the labels. We recommend this quality of printed labels when good definition of fine details and text sizes from 3 points are required. On the contrary, designs with a lot of ink saturation should be avoided. Tyvek printed labels easy to cold cut with scissors without fraying and resistant to industrial sewing.
Tear-away printed labels are printed on a synthetic fiber tape with a porous weave system that allows tearing very easily. As the name suggests, they are designed to be easily removed from the garment by tearing the label, making them ideal for labels with care instructions or variable information. Tear-away printed labels can be dyed to customer specifications. Depending on the design, we recommend the Tearaway FCB option for texts and logos with low ink saturation, or the Tearaway TCT option for texts and fine details, as well as logos and designs with high ink saturation.
